About the Company
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Branding & Packaging Designer ā Soft Goods (Home) mainly in Kitchen-Table category (which includes Shower curtains, Christmas Tree Skirts/Stockings)
About the Role
Seeking designer who is experienced in branding logo projects and packaging for everyday & seasonal assortments for off-price retailers. Experience working with Retailers such as HomeGoods, TJX Companies, or Marshalls is highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
ā¢ design logos - develop branding for everyday & seasonal
ā¢ packaging - lifestyle images, new looks, templates, paper textures, etc
ā¢ assist in other packaging projects as assigned
Qualifications:
ā¢ 3-4 years experience in similar role
ā¢ highly proficient in Illustrator & Photoshop
ā¢ strong Typography skills a plus
ā¢ experience using AI image generation is a plus
ā¢ Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
ā¢ Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
ā¢ while role is remote, candidate must be available to come into midtown NYC office as needed

Pay range and compensation package:
ā¢ Hourly (TBD by experience/background) or per project
