Position: Freelance Backend Developer / 11 hours ago Freelance Backend Software Developer (Node.js/Python/PHP) We are Startup Bakery, an Italian startup studio that builds B2B SaaS companies from scratch. Position: We are looking for a Freelance Backend Software Developer to collaborate on an innovative project developed by Startup Bakery. You will be responsible for designing and developing scalable backend solutions, working closely with product, data, and engineering teams. In a fast-moving and flexible environment, you will actively contribute to technical decisions and directly see the impact of your work. Key Responsibilities: • Design and develop scalable and reliable APIs. • Contribute to the development of data-intensive and AI-driven backend systems. • Develop and manage databases and backend applications. • Collaborate with data scientists and other engineers to improve software solutions. • Ensure high code quality, performance, and scalability. Requirements: • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. • 4+ years of experience as a Backend Software Engineer / Developer . • Strong proficiency in Node.js, PHP, Laravel, Python . • Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or AWS . • Experience with Postgre SQL, Elasticsearch . • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). • Good written and spoken English. • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team.
