Freelance ARGUS proficient Real Estate Financial Analyst (Project-Based, Part-Time)
Description: We are seeking a freelance analyst with commercial real estate underwriting and ARGUS modeling experience to assist on a project basis. Work includes: • Building detailed ARGUS cash flow models • Supporting Offering Memorandums (OMs) with financial analysis and model outputs • Updating and refining models based on revised assumptions and feedback Requirements: • 3+ years of commercial real estate underwriting experience • Strong proficiency in ARGUS • Direct experience supporting Offering Memorandums • Availability for quick turnaround on time-sensitive assignments At Northgate, we’ve completed over $4.2 billion in transactions and are consistently recognized as the leading experts in distressed real estate nationwide.
