You will be joining one of our Live Studios, working on Hole.io , one of Voodoo's top games. Voodoo is always looking for the next "unfair advantage." We are currently seeking an AI visionary to join our Live Studios for a high-impact, one-month mission. Your goal is to help us leverage cutting-edge technology to optimize our production at scale, ensuring our developers and artists spend less time on repetitive tasks and more time on what truly matters: making the game fun. Role We are looking for an AI Engineer to conduct a comprehensive audit of our development and creative workflows. Rather than just following trends, you will take a pragmatic, results-oriented approach to identify where Artificial Intelligence can concretely speed up our delivery cycles and enhance our creative output. Audit & Identify: Analyze our current game development lifecycle—from asset creation and coding to QA and marketing—to find bottlenecks that can be solved by AI. Strategic Roadmap: Develop a clear, prioritized plan of AI integrations (LLMs, Generative Art, Auto-testing, etc.) that offer the highest ROI for our studio. Workflow Optimization: Design custom AI-driven workflows and tool recommendations that allow our teams to automate "busy work" without sacrificing quality. Hands-on Prototyping: Demonstrate proof-of-concepts for AI tools that can be integrated into our Unity-based production environment. Knowledge Transfer: Empower our senior leadership and technical teams with the knowledge to maintain and evolve these AI strategies long after your mission is complete. With this role, you will have a direct impact on the efficiency of a world-class gaming studio. Your expertise will help us cut through the noise and implement AI solutions that provide a tangible competitive edge in the casual markets. Profile AI Expert: Deep, up-to-date knowledge of the AI landscape, including LLMs (GPT, Claude, local models), Generative Media (Stable Diffusion, Midjourney), and AI-driven coding assistants. Game Dev Context: A strong understanding of the game development process (Unity/C# environment preferred) to ensure your recommendations are technically feasible. Efficiency Obsessed: A track record of implementing AI solutions that have demonstrably reduced production time or costs in previous organizations. Analytical & Pragmatic: Ability to distinguish between "AI hype" and tools that provide genuine utility for a fast-moving gaming studio. Strong Communicator: Excellent English skills and the ability to explain complex AI concepts to both technical developers and creative leads. Independent & Proactive: Experience working in short-term consultancy roles where you are expected to deliver high-quality results with minimal hand-holding.
