By partnering with account-level leads on project management, creative, strategy, and technology, you will deliver fantastic work to our clients.As an Account Director, you will work with seasoned client services experts to act as a liaison between clients and internal teams. This includes working closely with clients to establish specific marketing needs and identifying business opportunities to meet these needs, then helping to recognise and implement solutions that will contribute to achieving client goals. Management and Execution: With your team, manage project execution to ensure processes are being followed and that projects comply with regulatory requirementsManage tight deadlines and exceed client expectations with attention to detail and flawless executionReview and manage project budgets under your direction to successLead cross-functional teams in delivering launch programsBe an active contributor to a positive, innovative, collaborative, and cooperative work environmentBe action and solution oriented at all timesEnsure all communications reflect the Klick Health standards and assist in developing a positive client experienceConfident and strong in leading presentations. Strategic Alignment: Understand clients’ businesses, industry, competitors, key drivers, environment, etc.Relentlessly work to identify opportunities to bring value to our clients’ businessesArticulate clients’ brand objectives and ensure they are incorporated into recommendationsContribute to the development of the account plan for each clientContribute to the flawless execution of launches Experience and Skills: An understanding of marketing communications and regulations of the French pharmaceutical/healthcare industry6+ years experience in account management with a focus on the life sciences industryExperience in digital marketing and strategy developmentA passion for technology, emerging media, and all things digitalStrong presentation and communication skills are a mustPrevious agency experience is requiredFluent in French and English Additional Information #LI-CB1 #LI-HybridKlick is consciously creating a culture where everyone can thrive and grow in their careers.
