Position Overview/Responsibilities:
ā¢ Investigate risk cases in the fraud monitoring queue accurately and promptly.
ā¢ Conduct advanced transactional analysis on large datasets.
ā¢ Help identify fraud trends with the Risk Management team.
ā¢ Handle customer transaction verifications via email and assist with risk issues via phone and email.
Contract Duration: 3-6 months, with potential extension.
Required Skills:
ā¢ Knowledge of card transactions and fraud.
ā¢ Experience with PII and PCI standards.
ā¢ Card fraud experience (prepaid, debit, credit).
ā¢ Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with other Office tools.
ā¢ Strong communication skills and team collaboration.
