Reporting to Senior Manager, Identity Fraud, you’re going to be a part of a team responsible for protecting customers from organized bad actors and working to disrupt financial crime.Please note: the mandatory schedule for this his role will be 9 - 5pm Pacific Time from Tuesday to Saturday.What You'll DoIdentify fraudulent accounts and disrupt the activities of bad actorsHandle inbound fraud notifications with high quality investigationsWork directly with KOHO users who are victims of fraud or scamsSupport the team in developing new investigative methods or process improvementsLiaise with Law Enforcement and other Financial Institutions on investigationsWork with other teams to help KOHO manage fraudWho You Are3 - 5 years experience in fraud investigationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication skillsFluency in French would be an assetAdvanced Excel or proficiency in SQL are assetsHelpful designations: CFE, CAMS, CFA, CFCSWhat's In It For You?We invest time and resources into making sure KOHO is as good as the people we hire.
