Refer.IO is a rapidly growing wellness franchise with over 28 locations, seeking a part-time Franchisee Partner Support & Account Manager to help keep their franchise network running smoothly. The role involves being the first point of contact for franchise owners, managing schedules, sending newsletters, and guiding new franchisees through their onboarding process.ResponsibilitiesYou will be the friendly first point of contact for our franchise owners when they need help or have questionsYou'll make sure our weekly newsletters and important updates get sent out to the owners on time, every timeYou'll also help us schedule and co-host our weekly group Zoom calls where owners share ideas and get adviceWhen new franchise owners join the family, you will guide them through their first 90 days using our step-by-step checklistAnd when people are interested in buying a franchise, you'll help us reply to them and answer their basic questionsSkillsProactive customer support skillsStrong organizational skillsAbility to manage schedules and detailsReliabilityComfortable learning new softwareAbility to guide new franchise owners through their first 90 daysExperience with sending newsletters and updatesExperience with scheduling and co-hosting Zoom callsAbility to answer basic questions from potential franchise buyersCompany OverviewRefer.IO strives to help job seekers find and apply for positions that are relevant to their interests and skillsets.
