We are a fast-growing real estate franchise brand focused on helping brokers scale through systems, automation, and recruiting support. Our mission is to remove the heavy lifting from franchise owners by building powerful marketing and lead conversion systems that drive real growth.
We are looking for a strategic, systems-minded leader to own our marketing engine and support our franchisees in implementing it successfully.
About the Role
This is not just a marketing position.
This role blends digital marketing, automation, lead conversion, and franchise support.
You will be responsible for building and optimizing our lead generation funnels, managing follow-up systems, and ensuring franchisees are successfully using the tools we provide.
If you love building systems, improving conversion rates, and helping business owners grow — this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and optimize high-converting sales funnels
• Manage CRM and automation systems (GoHighLevel experience preferred)
• Oversee email + SMS nurture campaigns
• Launch and manage paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)
• Improve lead-to-appointment and lead-to-sale conversion rates
• Train and support franchisees on marketing systems
• Track KPIs and report on performance metrics
• Identify gaps and continuously improve the growth process
Ideal Candidate
• 3+ years in digital marketing, funnel building, or growth roles
• Strong experience with CRM and automation platforms
• Comfortable managing both strategy and execution
• Data-driven and performance-focused
• Excellent communication skills (you will support franchise owners)
• Experience in real estate or franchising is a strong plus
