This fully remote, full-time role is responsible for engaging applicants, pre-screening talent, and keeping each client pipeline moving smoothly through our hiring process. The ideal candidate is highly organized, naturally communicative, and thrives in repetitive, process-driven environments. You are a team-first contributor who follows procedure but constantly looks for smarter ways to improve results while showing up every day with consistency and care. Core Responsibilities: • You will be a “Talent Finder” for Talent on Tap, helping find qualified and talented service and office professionals for our clients in the Home Service Industry • Field calls, texts, and emails from applicants with our in-house software • Pre-Screen applicants through a series of automated filters before they go to the next round for the hiring manager interview • Collaborate with a team of ads managers, operations, tech, and creatives to ensure your accounts are performing to the best of their ability • Using company tools, make sure there’s a steady flow of applicants, and keep track of stats and reports • Embrace opportunities for growth and expansion by learning with the position Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $20.00 per hour Benefits: • Professional development assistance Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
