About Learn-It-All Press Learn-It-All Press is a fast-growing boutique publishing and ghostwriting firm dedicated to helping leaders, CEOs, and professionals turn their ideas into high-impact nonfiction books. Founded by Damon Lembi — CEO of Learnit and host of The Learn-It-All Podcast — our mission is to amplify real-world wisdom and help people share their stories in a way that’s both meaningful and profitable. We currently have 7–8 authors in development, with many more on the way. We’re now looking for a Fractional Publishing Director to bring professional publishing expertise and structure to our growing operation. The Opportunity This is a hands-on leadership role for a publishing professional who thrives in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments. You’ll oversee the publishing operations — managing vendors, reviewing quality, and ensuring smooth execution from manuscript to marketplace. You won’t manage authors directly (we already have an internal project manager for that), but you’ll ensure that our production pipeline runs efficiently, cost-effectively, and at a professional standard that reflects the Learn-It-All brand. This is an opportunity to help shape a new kind of publishing company — one that delivers quality and care without corporate overhead. Compensation Part-time, retainer, or hourly — depending on experience and fit. Open to long-term engagement and growth opportunities as the press scales.
