Fractional Publisher Partnerships Manager
Tasks
• Identify and develop strategic syndication, licensing, and content distribution partnerships.
• Build and manage relationships with aggregators, publishers, and media platforms.
• Research competitor distribution strategies and uncover new growth opportunities.
• Structure partnership deals, including attribution models, traffic-sharing terms, and co-branding agreements.
• Craft compelling outreach campaigns, partnership proposals, and follow-ups that drive responses.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with editorial, operations, and commercial teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Track referral traffic, engagement, and partnership performance to optimize growth.
• Represent BeInCrypto at media and publishing events to expand industry connections.
Requirements
• Have at least 2–5 years of experience in media distribution, syndication, partnerships, or content licensing.
• Have experience working with publishers, aggregators, adtech, or media platforms.
• Understand how content syndication, referral partnerships, and distribution ecosystems operate.
• Know how to independently manage partnership pipelines and close strategic deals.
• Have strong written communication and outreach skills.
• Are fluent in English; additional languages are a strong plus.
• Have a strong interest in crypto, blockchain, and Web3.
