Fractional Project Manager for AI-Powered Marketing & Content Accounts (3 hrs/day)
About Us: We’re building a growing portfolio of AI-driven marketing and content brands that help businesses generate and manage content, ads, and customer interactions. Our clients range from startups to established companies using our systems for content creation, ad campaigns, and AI reception. Role Overview: We’re looking for a fractional Project Manager to help us stay organized, aligned, and proactive across client accounts. You’ll coordinate daily operations in ClickUp, ensure tasks move forward, keep clients updated, and flag bottlenecks early. You’ll work about 3 hours per day — ideally split between morning, afternoon, and evening check-ins — to help manage priorities and communication between our creative, ad, and tech teams. Responsibilities: Manage task flow in ClickUp (assignments, due dates, follow-ups) Track daily client deliverables (content, ads, AI setup, etc.) Communicate updates with clients + founders (async or short calls) Flag issues and help resolve blockers quickly Maintain a light pulse on content quality and campaign performance Coordinate with editors, ad managers, and AI support staff Requirements: Strong experience managing marketing or creative projects Familiarity with ClickUp (or similar tools like Asana, Monday, Notion) Good understanding of social media workflows (content, engagement, ads) Excellent written and spoken English Organized, responsive, and proactive communicator Comfortable working flexibly across time zones Nice to Have: Experience with paid ad reporting (Meta, TikTok, Google) Creative eye for social content (hooks, visuals, tone) Interest in AI tools and automation To Apply: Please share: A short intro Loom video about your experience managing remote creative or marketing teams A sample of your daily or weekly cadence (how you manage updates, track progress, and communicate with clients, show examples of clickup workflows u worked on etc) A quick example of a system or process you improved for a past client Apply tot his job
