We are a growing fire safety compliance business in Australia, currently experiencing operational bottlenecks as we scale. We are looking for an experienced Fractional Operations Manager who has specific expertise in ServiceM8 and operational efficiency for service-based businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Diagnose and map current operational bottlenecks between job intake, admin, and field technicians.
ā¢ Implement process improvements to streamline workflows and reduce administrative overhead.
ā¢ Optimize scheduling and resource allocation to align job capacity with technician availability.
ā¢ Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for consistent operations.
Required Qualifications:
ā¢ Proven experience with ServiceM8 and field service management.
ā¢ Demonstrated success in reducing operational bottlenecks and improving efficiency.
ā¢ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement practical, hands-on solutions.
ā¢ Previous experience in service-based businesses (e.g., trades, compliance, field services) is highly desirable.
