Fractional HR (Startup Experience Required)
Trident Consulting is seeking a "Fractional HR" for one of our clients in "San Francisco Bay Area, CA - REMOTE", a global leader in business and technology services. Position: Fractional HR Location: San Francisco Bay Area, CA- REMOTE Type: Contract Rate: Depends on experience Key Responsibilities • Act as a strategic HR to leadership, providing clear direction on HR priorities • Set up and implement end-to-end HR processes (policies, onboarding, performance management, compliance, etc.) • Build and scale HR frameworks suited for startup environments • Drive talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention strategies • Establish HR compliance and best practices • Identify gaps and proactively recommend solutions aligned with business goals • Manage and improve HR operations and systems Required Experience & Skills • Proven experience working in 3–4 startup environments • Strong ability to operate independently and influence leadership decisions • Hands-on experience in building HR functions from scratch or scaling them • Deep understanding of startup culture, agility, and fast-paced environments • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to execute, not just strategize Trident Consulting is a premier IT staffing firm providing high-impact workforce solutions to Fortune 500 and mid-market clients.
