Qualifications
• Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role in the fintech sector, particularly with banking sponsorship or embedded banking.
• Strong background in developing and launching digital products with tax-advantage features.
• Demonstrated ability in overseeing API development and integration.
• Experience in patent processes related to technology innovations is highly beneficial.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with a focus on building a high-performance tech culture.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work on a project-based retainer with potential fluctuations in work intensity.
• Located in the U.S., with the ability to collaborate remotely using digital communication tools.
