Responsibilities • Oversee and manage the delivery of products developed by the offshore team to ensure efficiency, productivity, and optimal use of resources. • Provide strategic technical leadership to ensure best practices in software development and architectural decisions. • Facilitate and enhance the integration of AI-first practices into our platform for more streamlined operations. • Collaborate with internal teams to support product management and customer discovery to ensure alignment with business goals. • Act as a mentor by offering expert guidance to a growing team and fostering an environment of innovation and continuous learning. • Aid in the strategic planning and execution of new product launches and extensions within our offering. Qualifications • Proven hands-on experience with AI technologies and their application in software development. • Strong background in managing and leading offshore software development teams for improved delivery and productivity. • Experience with cloud platforms and the transition of systems to AI-first methodologies. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to operate effectively across a remote and diverse team. • Demonstrated capacity to mentor and guide technical teams while managing multiple projects concurrently. • Familiarity with quick-service restaurant operations and management software is a plus, though not required.
