⢠Evaluate existing processes and make recommendations for efficiency improvements.
⢠Facilitate the onboarding process and integration of new team members, including potential full-time hires.

Qualifications
⢠Proven senior management experience, optimally in an operational or COO role, within industries such as construction, remodeling, or real estate, though industry agnosticism is valued.
⢠Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams effectively and harmoniously.
⢠Comprehensive understanding of P&L management, business operations, and strategic planning.
⢠Experience with remote or virtual teams is beneficial, though not required.
