Responsibilities

ā¢ Oversee Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibilities, ensuring financial goals are met and resources are effectively allocated.
ā¢ Develop and implement strategies to streamline operations and drive business growth.
ā¢ Collaborate with the team to create a strategic vision that enhances the company's position in the market.
ā¢ Evaluate existing processes and make recommendations for efficiency improvements.
ā¢ Facilitate the onboarding process and integration of new team members, including potential full-time hires.
ā¢ Provide leadership and mentoring to managers, fostering an environment of growth and learning.
Qualifications
ā¢ Proven senior management experience, optimally in an operational or COO role, within industries such as construction, remodeling, or real estate, though industry agnosticism is valued.
ā¢ Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams effectively and harmoniously.
ā¢ Comprehensive understanding of P&L management, business operations, and strategic planning.
ā¢ Experience with remote or virtual teams is beneficial, though not required.
ā¢ A track record of successfully driving operational improvements and achieving growth targets.
