Responsibilities • Engage in strategic and tactical human resource activities to support company growth. • Collaborate with high-income providers and corporate personnel to align HR strategies with business objectives. • Implement and optimize HR processes and systems, incorporating relevant technologies into the HR tech stack. • Manage a diverse workforce, ensuring efficient talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR compliance. • Provide expert counsel on HR-related issues, serving as a critical thinker and problem solver. • Facilitate the development of organizational design and culture initiatives to boost employee engagement and performance. Qualifications • Proven track record in HR leadership with experience in multi-site services or healthcare environments like medical aesthetics, dental, or comparable sectors. • Ability to operate in a hybrid model, with preference for candidates located in Tennessee, Georgia, or North Carolina. • Strong competency in managing HR functions such as recruiting, benefits management, payroll, and compliance. • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with providers and deliver strategic HR solutions. • Experience working in organizations with a variety of roles ranging from operational to senior management positions. • Excellent communication skills with a passion for developing and implementing HR strategies. • Familiarity with modern HR technologies and AI-driven solutions to enhance HR operations.
