Fractional CFO with NetSuite + Manufacturing Experience
We are a growing manufacturing and e-commerce company seeking a Fractional CFO to provide financial leadership and optimize our NetSuite financial and manufacturing workflows. The ideal candidate has strong experience in cost accounting, manufacturing operations, and NetSuite financials/MRP. βΈ» Key Responsibilities β’ Provide financial oversight, budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management. β’ Optimize NetSuite financial setup: GL, chart of accounts, cost categories, reporting, and dashboards. β’ Improve manufacturing costing, including BOM accuracy, routings, labor/overhead costing, WIP, and variance analysis. β’ Enhance financial processes across order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and month-end close. β’ Build margin analysis, SKU/category reporting, and executive financial packages. β’ Strengthen internal controls and financial policies as we scale. βΈ» Qualifications β’ Fractional CFO, Controller, or senior finance leader with manufacturing experience. β’ Hands-on NetSuite expertise, especially with manufacturing modules (WIP, BOM, work orders). β’ Strong cost accounting and inventory management background. β’ Experience with e-commerce and multi-channel operations is a plus. βΈ» Engagement β’ Part-time (min 10 hours/week). β’ Long-term engagement preferred. β’ Must be available for periodic meetings during U.S. business hours.
