Fractional CFO with NetSuite + Manufacturing Experience
We are a growing manufacturing and e-commerce company seeking a Fractional CFO to provide financial leadership and optimize our NetSuite financial and manufacturing workflows. The ideal candidate has strong experience in cost accounting, manufacturing operations, and NetSuite financials/MRP. ⸻ Key Responsibilities • Provide financial oversight, budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management. • Optimize NetSuite financial setup: GL, chart of accounts, cost categories, reporting, and dashboards. • Improve manufacturing costing, including BOM accuracy, routings, labor/overhead costing, WIP, and variance analysis. • Enhance financial processes across order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and month-end close. • Build margin analysis, SKU/category reporting, and executive financial packages. • Strengthen internal controls and financial policies as we scale. ⸻ Qualifications • Fractional CFO, Controller, or senior finance leader with manufacturing experience. • Hands-on NetSuite expertise, especially with manufacturing modules (WIP, BOM, work orders). • Strong cost accounting and inventory management background. • Experience with e-commerce and multi-channel operations is a plus. ⸻ Engagement • Part-time (min 10 hours/week). • Long-term engagement preferred. • Must be available for periodic meetings during U.S. business hours.
