Fractional CFO Support / Strategic Finance Consultant for Multi-Brand Food Group

We are professionalizing and scaling our administrative and financial operations under a shared-services model that supports multiple entities across manufacturing, e-commerce, and distribution. The Role We are seeking a Fractional CFO Consultant or Senior Financial Strategist to support our Chief Strategy Officer / CFO. The ideal candidate will bring outside knowledge and experience in multi-entity financial management, FP&A, and strategic planning—helping to strengthen internal processes and guide data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate directly with our CFO and VP of Administration to: • Benchmark financial performance against industry standards. • Refine and align KPI frameworks and executive dashboards. • Support long-range financial modeling, cash-flow forecasting, and scenario planning. • Advise on capital allocation, cost structure optimization, and investment readiness. • Participate in strategic reviews with ownership and board representatives. • Help define process improvements for accounting, consolidation, and reporting consistency across entities. Ideal Background • 8+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally including CFO, VP Finance, or senior FP&A roles • Experience with CPG, food manufacturing, or multi-brand operations. • Strong understanding of accounting systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or equivalents) and financial modeling in Excel or Google Sheets. • Ability to translate financial data into actionable strategy. • Experience working with or mentoring internal finance teams and fractional CFO setups is a plus.
