Fractional CFO / Remote / Investment Management

Charles River CFO, Inc. Fractional CFO Charles River CFO, Inc. has an immediate need for an experienced, fractional CFO for our client. This is a remote position. MUST HAVE : Extensive investment management experience. No exceptions. Position Details : • Schedule : 40 hours per week initially through Feb 2025 reducing to 5-10 hours per week. • Location : Fully remote • Start Date : Immediate need Responsibilities : • Fractional CFO with experience in complex scientific based (mathematical physics) asset management firms ie : public charity, RIA Asset Management, private equity regulations, Tier 2 and Tier 3 asset valuation, accounting, reporting and audit prep. • Perform other duties as required Qualifications : • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance • Minimum of 10+ years of accounting / finance experience • CFO experience with investment management experience as a CFO • Systems used : QuickBooks • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work • Adherence to client policies and procedures • Team-oriented and client-focused approach About Charles River CFO, Inc.
