Fractional CFO – Non-Profit Experience
Job Description: • Lead and manage all accounting and financial functions for assigned non-profit clients. • Oversee and ensure the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reports. • Manage relationships with banks and external financial partners. • Conduct in-depth reviews and analyses of financial systems and internal controls. • Provide expert oversight and strategic input on cash flow management, forecasting, and liquidity planning. • Coordinate and lead the annual financial statement audit process. • Lead special financial projects including financial projections and tax planning strategies. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across client organizations. Requirements: • Five (5) + years of CFO experience with a strong background in financial systems and operational oversight. • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO), including setup, chart of accounts structuring, and system optimization. • Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities within a flexible 15-hour weekly schedule. • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. • Experience working in a remote environment with cross-functional teams.
