Fractional CFO Needed for Strategic Financial Guidance
The Project:
As we gear up for our next major fundraising round, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Fractional CFO to partner with our executive team. Your primary objective will be to lead and execute a thorough internal Quality of Earnings (QoE) preparation process.
We need to ensure our financials are bulletproof, highly organized, and positioned optimally for institutional investors before we enter the formal diligence phase.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the internal preparation for an upcoming QoE review, ensuring all financial data is accurate, defensible, and audit-ready.
Review and optimize revenue recognition, SaaS metrics, and expense categorization.
Identify, address, and resolve any gaps or discrepancies in our current financial reporting.
Build and refine financial models that clearly demonstrate our growth trajectory and unit economics to potential investors.
Act as the primary financial liaison during the diligence process, anticipating investor questions and preparing the data room.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proven track record as a CFO or Fractional CFO specifically within B2B SaaS and/or Healthcare Technology.
Direct, hands-on experience guiding growth-stage startups ($5M–$10M ARR) through successful QoE exercises and institutional capital raises.
Deep understanding of SaaS financial modeling, ARR mechanics, and investor expectations.
Highly strategic but willing to roll up your sleeves and dig into the data.
