About Our Client

As they continue to grow, the company is seeking an FP&A Manager to join their team near Munster, IN. Reporting directly to the CFO, this person will partner with site leaders to drive budgeting, forecasting, and cost management, lead ROI and M&A analysis, build KPI dashboards, and deliver financial insights that support strategic growth and performance.

Job Description
• Partner with site managers across multiple locations
• Oversee cost, budget, and forecast processes
• Lead ROI analysis for projects/investments
• Drive financial support for sites and growth initiatives
• Handle M&A cost modeling (evaluate acquisition opportunities)
• Build/maintain KPI dashboards
• Own the full budgeting process
• Analyze financial performance

The Successful Applicant
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience in industrial or technical services industry preferred, but not required
• Exposure to international operations a plus
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
• Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
