You will: Financial Planning & Analysis • Prepare and manage financial forecasts, budgets and liquidity planning for the organization • Develop, manage and maintain complex financial models for overall organization as well as various business initiatives • Lead quarterly finance reviews and prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports as needed to support decision-making Data Analysis & Insights • Analyze off- and on-chain data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement • Build tooling and models to collect, analyze and validate data monitor trends, and flag discrepancies or anomalies • Work with the data team to build reliable dashboards • Collaborate with external partners as well as cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for financial analysis as well as to ensure controls execution Partnership & Program Performance • Analyze how markets, partnerships, and incentive programs are performing over time, and which are creating long-term value • Provide insights to inform new incentive strategies or partner programs • Think of yourself as the strategic thought partner to our growth teams. You turn data into business insight You have: • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business strategy, or related fields or equivalent work experience • 5+ years of experience as strategy consultant, investment banker, VC, private equity or other high-performance industry • Crypto experience is strongly preferred • Extremely strong analytical skills and detail oriented working style — you love and excel at working with data, spreadsheets, and financial models • Proactive, self-driven, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable driving multiple workstreams independently • Strong written communication skills and ability to synthesize insights clearly • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and financial modeling required; experience with Causal, Airtable, and Coefficient a plus This offer from "Solana Foundation" has been enriched by Jobgether.com and got a 77% flex score.
