Role Responsibilities
ā¢ Evaluate the accuracy and depth of financial models to strengthen reasoning and rigor in model outputs.
ā¢ Review complex financial data for alignment with domain principles and methodologies.
ā¢ Provide clear, structured feedback to AI research teams to improve training data quality and downstream performance.
ā¢ Develop evaluation rubrics and benchmarks for assessing AI-generated financial tasks and solutions.
ā¢ Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure consistency, relevance, and coverage across datasets.
ā¢ Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.
Qualifications
Must-Have
ā¢ 5+ years of experience in investment banking or FP&A.
ā¢ Strong expertise in financial analysis and modeling.
