FP&A Analyst I

Sierra Nevada Corporation is a leader in aerospace and national security, seeking an FP&A Analyst I to provide analytics and oversight of financials and resource planning. The role involves supporting financial management planning, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and conducting detailed financial analysis. Responsibilities Provide analytics and oversight of financials, resource planning, and performance measurements Participate in indirect rate planning Support the development and implementation of financial management plans Coordinate and ensure the accuracy of financial deliverables to corporate entities Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations Conduct detailed financial and variance analysis to understand business performance and identify trends, opportunities, and risks Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and analysis initiatives Support month-end and year-end closing processes Skills Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field 0-2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting, or a related field Relevant experience can be considered as a substitute for the required educational qualifications.
