Collaboration with IT and other Finance departments in automation, process improvements and enhancement of data integrity. Responsibilities • Enhance current reporting portfolio with high quality standard & ad hoc reports • Support planning process in Sales, R&D and Product Management • Further enhancement of data quality for Vertical Market P&L’s • Improve data integrity between ERP, CRM, HFM/OneStream & BI • Business partner with IT / BI Team to automate global reports (functional cost, inventory aging, past due aging, R&D projects) • Consult on global master data harmonization initiatives (product codes, customer & vendor accounts, product / customer hierarchies, aging cluster etc.) • Support strategic Finance projects (e. g. OneStream Implementation, BI dashboards etc.) Requirements • Degree in Finance with focus on data & analytics • Minimum 3 years of experience in comparable roles • Practical experience in complex & heterogeneous data environments • Solid knowledge of core FP&A and Accounting processes • Practical experience in ERP + BI systems, advanced profile in Excel • Analytical skills • Ability to navigate & prioritize in complex environment • Business partner mindset • Team player in multinational matrix organization • Fluent in English Benefits • competitive salaries • a robust 401(k) program • annual bonus program • comprehensive medical benefits • tuition reimbursement • parental and adoption leave Apply tot his job
