They are currently seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst who will be responsible for providing financial analysis and reporting to support management decision-making.ResponsibilitiesPrepare the monthly financial review (MFR) file in CAD & USD that is presented to the US team and Canadian Leadership TeamProvide commentary on monthly variance drivers (i.e. warehouse productivity, volume, and rate) and present the findings to the Operations Leadership TeamSupport development of SFP (3-years plan), Budget and Quarterly Forecast for OperationsCollaborate with project managers to identify efficiency improvement opportunities and assess financial impactDemonstrate strong collaboration and communication across Finance and Operations teamsPrepare ad‑hoc financial analyses and support other initiatives as requiredSkillsMinimum 1-2 years of experience in FP&APost-secondary education in Accounting or Finance, preferredHighly proficient in ExcelStrong communication & analytical skillsWorking towards a CPA designationExposure to executive leadership is an assetExperience in a budget cycle is an assetExperience with Tableau or Power BI is an assetCompany OverviewCardinal Health is a manufacturer and distributor of medical and laboratory products.
