FP/A Analyst
Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting & Analysis • Prepare and maintain monthly management reporting packs, including variance analysis vs. budget and forecast • Analyze financial performance by business unit, cost center, and key drivers • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of reported financial data • Support month-end close activities in collaboration with Control team Financial Modeling & Data Management • Build, maintain, and improve FP&A models, templates, and dashboards • Automate and streamline reporting processes where possible • Ensure data integrity across finance systems and reporting tools • Support ad-hoc financial analysis and management requests Financial Modeling & Data Management • Build, maintain, and improve FP&A models, templates, and dashboards • Automate and streamline reporting processes where possible • Ensure data integrity across finance systems and reporting tools • Support ad-hoc financial analysis and management requests Support to FP&A Manager & Finance Business Partners • Act as a technical FP&A resource for the team. • Prepare analysis and materials used in business reviews and leadership presentations. • Support Finance Business Partners with data, insights, and reporting as required. • Continuously improve FP&A processes and documentation.
