About the Role:
We're helping a well-funded, early-stage startup modernize residential real estate through AI-powered solutions. Their platform simplifies critical workflows—e-signatures, payments, and compliance—into a sleek, all-in-one tool for realtors and brokers. Backed by $1M in seed funding and a strong investor network, they’re building their core engineering team from the ground up.
The Opportunity:
We’re hiring up to three full-time Founding Engineers to work closely with the CTO and CEO. This is your chance to build a product from scratch, shape the engineering culture, and influence technical direction at a formative stage.
What You’ll Do:
• Design and build key product features across the stack
• Collaborate on architecture and long-term technical strategy
• Write scalable, maintainable, production-level code
• Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines and development infrastructure
• Help define team processes, tools, and engineering culture
What We’re Looking For:
• 4+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong full-stack skills (e.g., React, TypeScript, Node.js, Python)
• Thrives in fast-paced, zero-to-one environments
• Bonus: Experience in proptech, fintech, e-signature, or payments
• Must be U.S.-based; preferred hubs for team building: Miami, NYC, SF, LA
