Our team combines deep expertise in crypto, software, and consumer experiences, backed by top-tier investors and partners.We’re looking for a Founding Full-Stack Engineer to join our core product team. This is a unique opportunity to own the architecture and implementation of a platform at the intersection of Web3 and consumer experiences. You’ll work across the stack — from frontend to backend to infrastructure — while helping define the technical culture and trajectory of the company. What You’ll Do Lead the design and development of new product features across a Next.js frontend and Go-based backendOperate and evolve our GCP/Kubernetes infrastructure for scalability and reliabilityBuild high-performance APIs and distributed microservices in Go + PostgreSQL, with a focus on SQL optimization and cachingArchitect and deploy smart contracts (Solidity / Move) on Ethereum and Sui, with security and robustness as top prioritiesEstablish engineering best practices for code quality, observability, testing, and performance from the ground upPartner closely with the founding team on product strategy, architecture, and roadmap What We’re Looking For Hands-on production experience with Go, Next.js, SQL optimization, and KubernetesDeep familiarity with PostgreSQL, Docker, GCP, NATS, and caching strategiesStrong skills in building scalable UIs, APIs, and distributed microservicesCrypto-native mindset with smart contract development experience (Solidity on Ethereum, Move on Sui)Bonus: Strengths in performance tuning, observability, and tooling The Ideal Mindset You thrive in an early-stage startup environment and embrace founder-like ownershipYou’re motivated to build and scale products that push the boundaries of Web3You care deeply about quality, security, and user experienceYou’re excited to help shape the technical and cultural foundation of Mojito
