You’ll talk directly to marketers and growth leaders at some of the most ambitious companies in the world. You’ll help them understand how Conversion can streamline their entire stack and make every campaign more effective.You’ll be a key early GTM hire and have significant input into our sales playbook, process, and customer experience.This role is in-person 5 days/week in San Francisco.Responsibilities:Own and close full-cycle deals across startups and mid-market accountsRun high-quality demos that clearly show Conversion’s valueProspect new leads and work qualified inbound opportunitiesCollaborate with product and engineering to tailor solutions to prospect needsHelp shape sales collateral and early process, tools, and systemsSurface feedback from prospects to inform product and marketingYou Might Be a Good Fit If You:Have 2+ years of SaaS sales experience, ideally at an early-stage startupHave sold products in the $5K–$50K range and managed a fast-paced sales cycleAre comfortable running demos and explaining technical workflowsAre excited to prospect, write cold emails, and build pipeline from scratchThrive in a startup environment where you have ownership and autonomyEnjoy collaborating with product, growth, and design teams to win dealsYou Might Be a Great Fit If You:Have sold to marketing or growth teams before and know how they thinkYou believe in high-intensity, in-person teams and want to be surrounded by top talent pushing in the same directionYou have the range to shift from a cold call sprint to a strategic product feedback session without skipping a beatYou care deeply about your sales craft: writing crisp emails, running tight demos, and being the most prepared person in the roomYou are looking for the kind of opportunity that turns an elite IC into a future CROPreferred Qualifications:A passion for startups and an eagerness to be part of building a company from the ground up.Previous experience in a Series A or early-stage startup is highly desirable, as well as an understanding of the challenges and opportunities in scaling a company.A consultative approach to sales with the ability to understand customer pain points and offer solutions tailored to their needs.Ability to quickly understand and communicate technical concepts and solutions, especially as they relate to the company’s product offering.Strong grasp of sales processes, marketing strategies, and customer lifecycle management. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Compensation:The expected range of compensation for this role is between $110,000 and $250,000. Additionally, this role will participate in our equity plan.
