Position: Foundation Coordinator (Volunteer)

Role Description
The Foundation Coordinator is a volunteer position based in Spartanburg, SC with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing for both in-office and remote work opportunities. The Coordinator will assist in administrative tasks, facilitate communication among stakeholders, conduct research to support program initiatives, and play a key role in fundraising and philanthropic efforts. Responsibilities include organizing records, supporting donor relations, coordinating events, and preparing reports to foster the foundation's mission and goals.
Qualifications
• Strong Communication skills to engage with stakeholders, donors, and team members
• Experience in Philanthropy and Fundraising to support donor development and secure resources
• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance for organizing records, managing schedules, and maintaining accuracy
• Research skills to support program initiatives and provide valuable insights
• Passion for community-driven work and the ability to collaborate effectively
• Experience in nonprofit work or volunteering is a plus
• Proficiency with office productivity tools and software
• Flexibility to manage both in-person and remote responsibilities
