With Speakeasy, they reduce time-to-integration, unblock revenue, and save their engineering teams significant time and toil.About the roleAs a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will be at the forefront of our customer engagements. You'll own the hands-on, technical deployment of Speakeasy within key accounts, working autonomously to ensure successful implementations and serving as a critical technical partner for our customers. You will iterate our core product, driving and implementing improvements hand-in-hand with customers to help achieve their goals.About youSignificant back-end / API engineering experience. You’re excited to dive deep into the technical details of our customers’ APIs and SDKs, and can lead in-depth technical deployments/implementations with customers and partnersPreviously worked as a founding engineer, solutions engineer, forward deployed engineer, or technical founderDemonstrate exemplary customer empathy: be able to pragmatically connect customers’ goals with SpeakeasyDemonstrate high ownership/autonomy. You can rapidly learn what you don’t already know, and you can naturally identify where to have high impact/leverage. You can drive successful outcomes with customersManage multiple customer relationships and potentially competing priorities elegantlyWhat should you know about us?Our team is split across PST and GMT timezones.
