The Opportunity We’re seeking experienced Former Admissions Officers (FAOs) to join our global team. FAOs bring insider admissions expertise to students throughout their high school journey, from candidacy assessments to application review, to help them strengthen their university applications and understand the admissions review process. Key Responsibilities • Conduct 1:1 student consultations (60 min) assessing profile candidacy, application materials, and admissions strategy • Deliver written application reviews with structured, actionable feedback • Participate in mock admissions committees, simulating real institutional deliberations • Collaborate with Strategists and Student Success Managers to align student plans Who We’re Looking For • Former undergraduate admissions officers, readers, or senior admissions leaders from T30 U.S. universities • Experience evaluating and/or making admissions decisions for domestic and/or international applicants • Excellent communication skills and ability to give honest yet encouraging feedback to high school students • Professional integrity and a student-centered, developmentally appropriate approach.
