Forklift Operator

Role and Responsibilities:
As a Reach Truck Forklift Operator, you will operate reach trucks to safely and efficiently move products within the warehouse, supporting timely order fulfillment and inventory management. You will play a critical role in maintaining smooth warehouse operations during the 4th shift.
• Operate reach trucks to transport and stack products safely and efficiently.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
• Assist in loading and unloading goods as required.
• Support inventory control by accurately placing and retrieving materials.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to coordinate workflow.
Required Skills and Experience:
• Previous experience operating reach trucks or forklifts preferred.
• Ability to work a 12-hour 4th shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 5:00 PM – 5:30 AM.
• Strong focus on safety and adherence to warehouse procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, automated distribution center environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
• Earn up to $19/hour plus a $3.00 shift differential for 4th shift work.
• Full-time positions available with excellent benefit packages.
