As a ForgeRock Admin you'll support CIAM projects including authentication, authorization, and governance.
Technologies: ForgeRock / PingOne AIC (AM, IDM, DS, IG), IAM, Java, JSON, SAML, OAuth2, SSO, ELK, Dynatrace.
Duties:
ā¢ Support CIAM projects including authentication, authorization, and governance.
ā¢ Contribute to architecture, design, and implementation of CIAM solutions.
ā¢ Work with application teams to integrate CIAM into systems and apps.
ā¢ Create and maintain IAM policies, procedures, standards, and automation.
ā¢ Manage best practices, documentation, and support processes.
ā¢ Implement MFA, risk-based authentication, and progressive profiling.
ā¢ Provide after-hours support for maintenance activities.
ā¢ Troubleshoot CIAM issues with internal and external teams.
ā¢ Recommend improvements for performance and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
ā¢ 7+ years in CIAM; minimum 3 years hands-on with ForgeRock (AM, IDM, DS).
ā¢ Strong knowledge of identity management, access management, authentication, and authorization.
ā¢ Experience integrating IAM with enterprise applications.
ā¢ Expert in SSO & federation (SAML, LDAP, OAuth2, ADFS, Auth0, Kerberos, etc.).
ā¢ Experience with Java/JavaScript and system administration.
ā¢ Background in large-scale IAM deployments (HA, clustering, auditing, security).
ā¢ Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
