Food Service Team Member

A high school diploma or equivalent is a must, and previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred. Responsibilities:
• Deliver excellent customer service to all IKEA customers
• Ensure food is served in accordance with IKEA standards
• Manage customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized environment
• Ensure all food items and other products are stocked and displayed in an attractive manner
• Assist with food preparation and serving
• Follow health and safety guidelines
• Follow IKEA procedures and policies
• Work both independently and as part of a team
• Maintain a valid government-issued ID
• Stand and walk for extended periods of time
