Food Service Support Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Food Service Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be essential in supporting our food service operations by assisting guests, coordinating with kitchen and front-of-house staff, and ensuring timely and accurate order delivery. This person will acts as a key liaison between guests and staff to enhance the dining experience, address customer inquiries, and help maintain a smooth flow of service throughout daily operations. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering quality service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This position is also a remote position in which you will be working from home Responsibilities Provide friendly and attentive assistance to guests, responding promptly to their needs and inquiries. Coordinate with kitchen and serving staff to ensure accurate and timely food delivery. Help manage order flow and communicate any special requests or modifications effectively. Support in maintaining cleanliness and organization of service areas. Assist in restocking food service items, utensils, and supplies as necessary. Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards. Collaborate closely with the team to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Requirements Previous experience in food service, customer service, or a similar role preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality and cleanliness standards. Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. Team-oriented mindset and positive attitude towards providing excellent customer service. Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is a plus.
