Responsibilities Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive table service throughout their visit Present the menu explain plant-based dishes and guide guests with recommendations based on their preferences or dietary needs Accurately take orders punch them into the POS system and ensure timely coordination with the kitchen and barista teams Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring quality and presentation standards are maintained Monitor guest satisfaction address feedback promptly and escalate concerns when required Assist in upselling specials seasonal offerings and retail products Refill water condiments and table essentials regularly to ensure a smooth dining experience Support teammates during peak hours and contribute to maintaining a positive team environment Qualifications Skills Required Prior experience as a steward floor staff waiter in a cafe restaurant or hospitality setting preferred but not mandatory Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Hindi Courteous approachable and customer-focused attitude Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team-oriented environment Basic knowledge of food service etiquette and guest handling Willingness to learn about plant-based cuisine and Greenr Cafe s sustainability philosophy Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
