Flutter Developer for Asset Tracker App (Figma Design Ready, MVP)

I'M LOOKING FOR A FLUTTER DEVELOPER TO BUILD A SIMPLE MVP VERSION OF A FINANCE / ASSET TRACKING APP The UI has already been fully designed in Figma. The goal is to build a clean, functional first version V1 since its the first version I have removed a lot of the more complex features to implement to make the project manageable with manual tracking only (no bank or API integrations). This is a smaller-scope project focused on core functionality and clean UI implementation emphasis on that last point. Each milestone must include a testable build (APK/TestFlight) before payment is released. CORE FEATURES (MVP SCOPE) ACCOUNTS - Create and manage accounts (manual only) - Account types (Bank, Crypto, Investment - Set starting balance TRANSACTIONS - Add transactions which include: Expense, Income, Investment (Buy/Sell via toggle), Transfer, Reward - Basic categories DASHBOARD - Total balance / net worth display - Simple overview (no advanced analytics) WHAT ISN'T INCLUDED - No bank account syncing - No crypto API integrations - No automatic transaction imports - No complex analytics - No advanced animations TECHNICAL PREFERENCES - Flutter (heavily preferred) - Simple backend (Firebase or similar) WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR - Experience building mobile apps - Ability to follow Figma designs closely (important) - Clear communication - Ability to deliver a clean MVP quickly MONETIZATION Basic setup for: - In-app ads (e.g., banner or native) - Subscription (ad removal) Just a simple setup for V1 TIMELINE 2-3 weeks preferred OWNERSHIP & DELIVERABLES All work produced under this project (including source code and related assets) will be the property of the client upon final payment. The developer must provide full access to source code, repositories, and any associated accounts.
