Flutter Developer

No filters, no likes—just authentic human connection. As we scale, we’re looking for a passionate Flutter Developer to help us craft a seamless, beautiful, and high-performance mobile experience. As a Flutter Developer, you’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining the SocialCrib mobile app across Android and iOS platforms. You’ll collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product leads to deliver intuitive features, optimize performance, and ensure a delightful user experience Requirements - 3+ years of experience in mobile development, with 2+ years in Flutter - Strong proficiency in Dart and Flutter SDK - Experience with Firebase, WebSockets, and audio streaming libraries - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git) - Understanding of mobile architecture patterns (BLoC, Provider, Riverpod) - Knowledge of app store deployment processes (Google Play & App Store) - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills - Passion for building social and community-driven apps Bonus Points • Experience with voice/audio-first apps or real-time communication platforms • Familiarity with accessibility standards and internationalization • Contributions to open-source Flutter packages or community What We Offer - Competitive salary and equity options - Flexible work hours and remote-friendly culture - Opportunity to shape the future of social audio - A collaborative, mission-driven team that values creativity and impact Apply tot his job
