Job Details:
Position Type: Full-Time (37.5 hours/week)
Location: Fully Remote
Caseload: PreK-12 students with diverse needs
Contract Type: 1099
Pay Range: $41-46 per hour, based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students.
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to meet each student's unique requirements.
Deliver virtual speech therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.
Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to align therapy goals with educational plans.
Regularly assess and document student progress, adjusting therapy as needed.
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights on students' communication goals and strategies.
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
Active SLP license in Florida.
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is required.
At least two years of experience in a school-based setting preferred.
Familiarity with virtual therapy platforms and technology.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
