Role Overview The
Marketing Manager
will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of all marketing initiatives across digital, print, and industry channels. This role is ideal for a proactive, data‑driven marketer who thrives in a fast‑paced B2B environment and understands how to position a specialized service company as the clear industry leader.

You will shape how contractors, developers, and industry partners perceive our brand—highlighting our speed, accuracy, and comprehensive service model.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a full‑funnel marketing strategy
across digital, print, and industry platforms
• Own brand positioning and messaging
, ensuring clear differentiation from competitors
• Manage all digital marketing efforts
, including website content, SEO, paid ads, email campaigns, and social media
• Create compelling print collateral
, including brochures, capability statements, trade show materials, and case studies
• Oversee content creation
(blogs, whitepapers, videos, client success stories, newsletters)
• Lead campaign planning
for new service offerings, geographic expansions, and industry partnerships
• Analyze performance metrics
and optimize campaigns for lead generation and conversion
• Collaborate with internal teams
(permit technicians, operations, sales) to ensure accurate and impactful messaging
• Manage vendor relationships
(graphic designers, printers, ad platforms, industry publications)
• Support business development
with targeted outreach materials and proposal enhancements
• Maintain brand consistency
across all touchpoints

Qualifications
• 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in
construction, permitting, real estate, or B2B professional services
• Proven success in
digital marketing, brand management, and content strategy
• Strong understanding of
SEO, GEO, PPC, analytics tools, and CRM/automation platforms
• Exceptional writing and communication skills
• Experience producing
print collateral
and managing creative vendors
• Ability to translate complex operational processes into clear, compelling messaging
• Highly organized, deadline‑driven, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strategic thinker with a hands‑on execution mindset
