Florida Master's Level Clinician (LMFT, LPCC, LMHC, or LCSW; all Fully Remote)

We are currently seeking a Licensed Master's-Level Therapist to provide telehealth services. While we do plan to add physical clinic locations to our Florida branch in the near future, in-person practice will not be available until later this year.
Your primary responsibility will be outpatient telehealth therapy. Experience is preferred, but we are also able to train clinicians without experience in these forms of service. This position comes with a high degree of independence, freedom, and flexibility. You will have the opportunity to pick your hours, and set your own weekly schedule. Optionally: We have a supervisor track available, which would include billable hours for time spent supervising associates and/or other licensed clinicians.
Responsibilities
Β We will credential and enroll you on insurance panels and send you appropriate referrals.
Β Assess, diagnose, and treat clients suffering from a range of psychological diagnoses.
Β We are currently hiring for part or full-time commitments, beginning at 10 hours per week, with higher client hours also welcome
Β Timely completion of all clinical documentation and submission of required information for billing.
Β Supervision and training opportunities are available.
Requirements
Β Master's Degree from an accredited institution.
Β Must maintain an active Florida license.
Β Maintain malpractice insurance .
Compensation
Β Clinical staff will be compensated $60 per clinical hour with pay guaranteed.
Β Our group renegotiates compensation from insurers and has been able to provide raises annually.
Β You have the freedom to pick your clients. We do not require that you accept any referral, and you therefore have the freedom to specialize in the clinical population you feel most suited to working with.
Β We provide an electronic record keeping / note taking application, and have in-house insurance billing and payroll specialists. Enjoy the freedom to do the work you love, without the administrative responsibilities typically associated with private / group practice.
