Florida Based Remote Attorney

We are a rapidly growing law firm expanding to provide compassionate, high quality legal services to our clients. Our law Firm has new positions available for immediate hire of Attorneys to join a team where we believe in the power of law to positively impact individuals, families and communities. Employment and/or Estate Planning and Trust preparation experience a plus!

The position entails answering legal questions and offering legal advice over the telephone, document review, preparation of letters and research. This is a work-from-home position following a one-week training period in our Plantation, Broward County office.

Responsibilities:

· Manage incoming calls

· Identify and assess customer’s legal issue and document our proprietary software

· Preparation of letters

· Review documents on behalf of clients

· Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law

· Go the extra mile to engage customers and build a telephone relationship

Job Requirements:

· Florida Bar admission 2+ years in good standing

· Excellent research, writing and verbal communication skills

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Strong customer service and personal service orientation

· Ability to build rapport with clients and work in a collaborative atmosphere

· Ability to ask pertinent questions, actively listen to answers and synthesize information in order to formulate advice based on sound judgement and strong knowledge of the law and legal precedence
