Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to passengers during flights.
Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking procedures.
Ensure passenger safety by conducting safety demonstrations and checking emergency equipment.
Serve food and beverages to passengers while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
Manage in-flight sales and assist with any inquiries passengers may have.
Communicate effectively with the flight crew and passengers.
Handle any emergencies or difficult situations with professionalism and poise.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Fluent in at least one native language; proficiency in English is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation and a positive attitude.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Willingness to travel frequently and spend extended periods away from home.
A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to handle challenging situations.
