We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Temporary Data Entry Clerks. No prior experience is requiredjust a willingness to learn and contribute! This role offers potential for future assignments, providing flexibility and possible long-term opportunities. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll collaborate with our internal data management team to ensure accurate and efficient data entry.
Schedule
Fridays (once a month)
Saturdays (2-3 times a month)
Times to be determined (subject to change)
We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your availability.
Location
This position is based at our headquarters in Palmetto, FL (not remote).
Responsibilities
Transfer data from paper formats collected during events into our database using a laptop and mouse.
Accurately interpret and input handwritten information into our database.
Verify the accuracy of data by cross-referencing with source documents.
Update and maintain existing data records.
Organize and file paperwork after data entry to ensure nothing is misplaced.
Assist with other tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment.
Ability to type quickly and accurately (40-45 words per minute with 80-90% accuracy).
Keen attention to detail is a must.
Basic understanding of databases.
Good command of English, both spoken and written.
Strong customer service skills.
Previous data entry experience is a plus but not required.
